We are currently hiring for a General Labor full time seasonal position. This position may be eligible to transition into a more senior role which would come with higher pay scale and more work opportunities during the winter months. This would be a Monday-Friday position, some occasional weekends may be requested.

Duties include:

·      Picking and sorting tomatoes

·      Picking herbs

·      Picking Lettuce

·      Picking Cucumbers

·      Harvesting Mushrooms

·      Harvesting Microgreens

·      Tomato Plant care

·      Cucumber Plant Care

·      Dishwashing

·      Cleaning

·      Various small tasks

·      Packaging produce and order fulfillment

Our season runs from March-December with some work available in January and February. Because of the nature of farming if a pick/sort day, falls on a holiday it is still a required work day. Exceptions are Thanksgiving weekend (Thurs-Sun), Christmas Eve & day, New Years Eve & day. Please note Mondays and Thursdays are the busiest days and for the sake of every employee we request that those days are not taken off unless absolutely necessary.  Please also remember that most of this work is seasonal and in order to create a good working environment taking excessive time off during the busy season (May-October) hurts everyone working here. While sometimes it cannot be avoided, if you anticipate needing a lot of time off during the busy months this may not be a good fit for you.

Pay for this position is $7.50-$15/hr based on experience. We do not offer benefits at this time.
